Raw Apple Cake
A great tasting cake. I did drizzle about 1 tsp of vanilla flavoring and 1 extra tsp of cinnamon to top of cake when it was cooling. Thanks for the recipe!!

Chicken Spaghetti II
Great dish! If you remember the measurments are: 1 pound of pasta to 1 pound of processed cheese with 1 can rotel and 1 can cream of mushroom soup then you can't go wrong. If you want to double the recipe then use 2 of everything. Its not rocket science! I also use a whole chicken and boil it until the meat is falling off the bone, then I drain the chicken but save the broth and use that broth water to cook the pasta in. It gives the pasta alot of flavor. You may need to add some water to the broth so you will have enough to cook the pasta in. I NEVER use bouillon cubes it makes it way too salty. Also canned broth makes it salty also. Shred the boiled chicken meat and add it to the pasta and Voila!! It's a great recipe!
