Greek-Style Baked Salmon
My husband made this for me last week. Absolutely fabulous and so easy! We'll make this often. It is far better than most salmon entres I've had at high end restaurants.

Wild Rice Chowder
This recipe was impressive. Very simple, earthy and elegant. The next day it's even better but it thickens up a lot. Just add more canned stock and a dash of milk or cream. Love this soup!

Tangy Honey Glazed Ham
Fantastic! Followed recipe but had no ground cloves so I cruched some in my pestol and morter. Also,put pinapple rings on the ham. The carmelization of the pinapple and ham from the glaze was beautiful. The best ham any of my house guests had ever eaten!
