Asian Orange Chicken
Yummy....didnt not have ginger root on hand so I used the powder kind...skipped the o.zest, no green onions either so I used a white one! Wonderful......house of 6....5 gave it two thumbs up!! The four year old said "NO WAY" but I will keep making, he'll come around!

Easy Vodka Sauce
awesome! added the herbs like others said! added sausage (mild) and shrimp, served over fett. noodles....warm bread! also blended for the smooth cons. and added a handful Mozz. WOW..always searched for a great sauce......Found it! and I am very picky sauce person!

Southwest Stew
added taco seasoning and extra cumin to mix.....also only had half cup pic. used half cup salsa to sup. Was out of pinto beans so I used Kidney instead..added a spoon of sour cream along with the cheddar to my bowl, loved it! Kids would not touch it but they are 4 and 6....the rest of us, Loved!!! 17, 35 and 38!!!
