Since I became a member of all recipes, I acquired a love for cooking. I come from a family of chefs, and at times it's hard to compete. I thank all of the other members who have inspired many dishes, and I hope that this site remains as is ;) I would have to say that my favorite thing to cook is desserts. I love to try differnt flavors, tastes,combinations, sizes, and textures. My place of birth is Guatemala. I have not been there over 25 yrs, and I really cant say what the tradional foods are. I do know that for Christmas, my family make tamales. which are the best!
