Pumpkin Gingerbread

I made this as is, its an alright loaf. It was very, very moist loaf. If I were to make it again I'd up the spices and lower the water. Also there was too much batter for my 2 silicone loaf pans.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Oat Bars

Mine didn't turn out quite as pretty as the picture but my family loved them! They said it reminded them of strawberry newtons. After a couple days they get very crumbly.

Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread

I didn't have time to use actual bread so I picked up biscuits in a tube. I used 2-8oz cans with the dipping sauce this recipe calls for. I didn't add as much parsley and it could use a tad more garlic (we're garlic heads here).

Nutty Graham Cake

I added an extra Tab of orange peel and it came out nice. Most of my family loved it, but I think they're starved for homade baking! LOL Still, I'm going to try the other graham recipes here.

I'm making this right now, I did 1/2C oil, 3/4C water, all I had were Xtra large eggs so I did 3. Also 3/4 of the frosting so as to leave some for the top of the cake...

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I did something different. I melted the SS CChips and added it to the batter so I wouldn't end up with CChips that harden up after the cake has cooled. I thought this was pretty good, but not too much chocolate. I guess I should try the recipe as is before I truly decide that.

Berry Shortbread Dreams

I got 2 1/2 dozen out of this recipe but I wish I had made them smaller. I wanted a more poppable cookie and these were still on the big side. Half the batch I added 1 chocolate chip to the center before I placed the raspberry jam inside it. YUM!

Cake Balls

these are the best! Although I use half the frosting amount. I made chocolate chocolate and chocolate and carrot cake cream cheese frosting (my own) and vanilla. One reviewer was correct about using quality ingredients!!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

these were a huge hit in my house. I had to toss some of the batter to make it fit into my 8" cast iron. And it is true if you preheat you CI before you add the batter you do get a crunchier bread! YUM!

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

this is the best tasting chocolate zucchini bread recipe I have here. BUT I have to say (for me) this made 2 tiny loafs. So either smaller pans or get 1 big loaf (9X5).

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

this is a good recipe but you will be tempted to add flour to make the dough less sticky. I've done this twice without thinking and the cookies don't spread. So next time I will not add the flour and they'll probably be better.
