Casseroles! My husband cooks the meat dinners such as steak, pork chops, and such. He has been a chef for 14 years! Boy am I a lucky girl!

Pumpkin Gingerbread
I made this as is, its an alright loaf. It was very, very moist loaf. If I were to make it again I'd up the spices and lower the water. Also there was too much batter for my 2 silicone loaf pans.

No Bake Pumpkin Pie I
this got rave reviews. I wish it were creamier though. I don't think I'll bake another pumpkin pie again!

Chocolate Mice
these are good. easier to roll with cocoa powder or powder sugar on your hands.
