Canadian Shortbread 'Eh'
These taste pretty good, but not at all like maple. Also, they are not suitable for cut-out cookies. I cut mine into stars and they exploded. I could not put them on my gift trays because they were so ugly. Also, too crumbly to cook them in a pan then cut into squares. Just avoid this one.

Spinach Salad With Berries and Curry Dressing
This salad is wonderful. The mix of sweet, tangy and spicy makes it very satisfying. We ate it as a light dinner with whole grain bread, and enjoyed it very much.

Scottish Shortbread II
These had good flavor, but they were so crumbly, they had to be eaten with a spoon. Also, too thick when cooked in a 9x9 pan. Shortbread should be crispy, not crumbly.
