Herbed Chicken Nuggets
Very good recipe! I cut the wheat germ out of the recipe, and cut back on the oil, and found this to be a very tasty way to do chicken nuggets.

Oven Potato Wedges
Very good recipe! I used Russet potatoes instead of red potatoes, cooked them for the same amount of time, but for half the time I kicked up the temperature to 450 degrees and flipped them halfway through. I also used onion powder instead of chopped onion and added pepper. I cut back a little on the oil, and I think I'd probably do the same thing next time, but oil the pan I cooked them on, as they did stick a little bit. Still, they were very good. I'd definitely make them again.

Cod with Italian Crumb Topping
I made a few changes in this recipe and both my husband and I loved it! About 30 minutes before cooking, I soaked the fish in milk to lighten the taste. I also seasoned the fillets with lemon juice and pepper before putting on the topping. I left the cornmeal and olive oil out of the topping ingredients. The fish turned out perfectly--I'll definitely use this recipe again.
