Creme Brulee French Toast
I understand what other reviews have said about the consistency being odd, but bottom line is this is DELICIOUS. My fiance who 'doesn't like french toast' had seconds & asked when I'm making it again. I didn't have any grand manier in the house so actually used cognac & it was delicious. I also didn't trim the crusts, but let it soak for over 12 hrs & kept spooning more of the egg mixture on top of the bread. Sprinkle some cinnamon on this & voila! Yum!
