I'm orginally from Louisiana, but have spent the last 20 years away from home. I served for 6 six years in the Army as a Light Wheel Vehicle Rebuilder/Repairer. I ended my duty in '96 and have lived in Belgium ever since currently working for the USArmy at SHAPE NATO Headquarters, Belgium as a civilian Automotive Inspector. Anything I can grill and anything out of my garden! Mom always makes my Great Grandmothers Beef Stroganoff and my Grandmothers Peas and Dumplings soup everytime I come home!
