Peanut Butter Cake I
I didn't read the other reviews until after I had the cake in the oven, so I was a bit worried how it would turn out. Luckily, it wasn't bad, aside from being a tad less moist than I like my cake. I used skim milk and skipped the frosting alltogether, instead opting to dust the top of the finished cake with powdered sugar.

Fabulously Sweet Pear Cake
This cake is fantastic! The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is because I changed the recipe a bit. I didn't use any pecans, and I used 2/3 a cup of Enova instead of veggie oil. I also dusted the finished cake with a bit of powdered sugar instead of making an icing.

Old Fashion Oatmeal Cookies II
I'm not a fan of oatmeal cookies usually, but this turned out very well. I used chocochips instead of raisins, which might have helped.
