I am a 25 year old single mother of a beatuiful 3 year old. I love to cook and spend time with my daughter and family. I love to try new things to cook. I must say that one of my best dishes I salmon croquettes. My mother and grandmothers are awesome cooks so everytime there is a family gathering I learn a little more about our special family recipes. My mom makes the best broccoli rice dish in the enitre world! I've become especially good at baking over the last couple of years. I CANNOT MAKE GRAVY! I just can never get the consistency right.
