Left-Over Turkey Pot Pie

Loved it even though I didn't use a pie crust. I just served it over toast and it was still great! I can't wait to try the rest in a pie crust.

Chicken Scampi II

Husband and I loved this recipe. I didn't use chicken strips though I chopped up the chicken into small pieces. I will definitely make this recipe again.

Pancakes I

I must have done something wrong because my batter was too thick and not as thin as I prefer for pancake batter. Kids didn't seem to mind though.

I don't think I made this correctly. Because it did not taste good at all. As many others recommended I substituted vanilla extract b/c I did not have maple and I used less baking soda. It was very moist but at the same time extremely bland. I will stick with my other banana bread recipe and not make this one ever again. Sorry but it was not to my liking.

Microwave Clam Chowder

Very, very yummy!! I was skeptical about it being done soley in the microwave however it was great! I didn't have "real" onions so I substituted minced onions and it still tasted great! I can't wait to make this with real onions next time. I served it in a bread bowl which made it even that much better:)

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Loved it. It was a nice change from regular lasagna. I wasn't sure how I was going to like the cream cheese in it but I loved it!

Chocolate Chip Muffins

I was not impressed with this recipe because the muffin was extremely dry. I added more milk and vanilla like others advised and they still came out more like a scone consistency. Not sure what they need to make them moister.

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

A good breaded chicken recipe that is lacking some pizazz. I served this with linguine and it was a bit bland. I too had way too much bread crumbs left over but would rather have too many than not enough. However, next time I think I will try adding mozzarella cheese on the breasts and sauce on chicken and linguine. However, it is a very easy recipe and the chicken was very moist.

Beef Tips and Noodles

Soooo easy to make and yummy! Only negative was quite salty. Could have been the type of beef soup I used though. Definitely will make this again for family. Husband loved it.
