Garlic-Buttered Green Beans
I used one clove of garlic and a half a cup of diced onion instead of the powders, and it was delicious! I had some cheese on hand, but I thought it was yummy enough already! I would definitely make this again!

Winter Root Vegetables
Delicious! I made this for a dinner party, and everbody loved it! I think I will also make this for Thanksgiving. Very easy to make.

Vegan Bean Taco Filling
My Husband and I both really like this recipe! The only thing I changed was to add a couple of Tablespoons of vegetable stock when I added the mashed beans to keep it moist. Served it on whole wheat tortillas with shredded cheese and more salsa. I will definately make it again.
