I am 20 years old and have been cooking for 5 years. I love cooking and entertaining people and plan on making that my career as I go to a culinary school. I have a really fast metabolism, so I just cook whatever tastes good and let nature take its course.
My favorite things to cook
I cook mainly Italian, Cajun, and Caribean food. Alot of times I like to mix some of the flavor together and have created both some of the best meals I've had and sometimes the complete opposite.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I grew up in Kansas, but my family is all from Texas. Every year, my dad cook some of the best Texas Style Ribs served along with my mother's side dishes such as Indian Corn Bake, and Sour-Cream Potatoes.
My cooking triumphs
Umm my cooking triumphs first started when I was around 15. I decided to make an agg omlete and just started putting stuff in it. Right there I began to love cooking, the omlete wasn't too bad either.
My cooking tragedies
Well, alot of times I experiment with my cooking by adding different style with each other. Sometimes they are a classic recipe, and other times they are a bust.
