My favorite family cooking traditions
i am the only one in my family that really enjoys cooking. i guess if i could name one i remember cooking with my grandma learning to make home made egg noodles. then my grandpappy showed me how to make pretty good potatoes

Roasted Tomatillo and Garlic Salsa
my first time making salsa and im sorry for the other ones since i started with this one. i dont know if i need another recipe, ever. its sooooooo good im not sure anyone else got to get any!!!

Tomatillo Salsa Verde
i had no idea such great salsa would be so easy to make. i have made this several times and love it every time. i do cook mine a lot longer then i need to. dont know why but it turens out GREAT!
