Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Great cheesecake, but I recommend you check to make sure it is done. mine wasn't done after backing for the set time.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
I think this needs to be a bit thicker. May use 4 things of cream cheese next time. But tasted great.
