Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
Only change I made was to put a pierced whole lemon in the cavity. Will make again. Very, very, tasty.

Tomato Chicken Parmesan
Very good, might add some garlic and more seasonings basil, oregeno to the bread crumbs even though I used italian seasoned crumbs. Used mozzarella cheese because that is what I had, and Prego traditional sauce instead of home made. Pretty tasty.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Wonderful, I have been looking at this recipe for a few years now and just made it for the first time yesterday for a pool party. Rave reviews. The chips were excellent. I followed the recipe but I divided the salsa in half, and put 1/4 tsp. of cayenne pepper in one of the portions. Thought some hot might go well. It was o.k. but most people preferred the sweet, maybe a jalepno instead? Will make again.
