Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
I gave this three stars because I had to alter it quite a bit. The base recipe was a good start, but I made a few changes. I added about half a bag of frozen veggies, and a lot of spices. I put in salt and pepper, garlic salt, season all, and some basil. I also had to add in about 4 tablespoons of flour to thicken it up it was quite soupy. I also used one can of cream of chicken and one can of cream of mushroom. I also cubed the chicken. And instead of putting the biscuits in the crockpot, I just kept them whole and baked them in the oven and served them on the side.
