Beef Barley Stew
Absolutely my favorite stew recipe. I dredge the meat in flour and sear it first, and usually don't have to add flour at the end.

Crazy Good Stuffing and Baked Chops
We absolutely love this recipe. It's moist, the chops are tender. I have even served it for company. And it's so easy to throw together.

Sylvia's Ribs
Awesome! Gave 4 stars because I had to tweak for my own taste. Went by directions and cooked the sauce, but thought it needed something. Molasses may have helped, but I didn't have any. It was good on it's own, but I wanted a little more depth, so I added about another cup of BBQ sauce and a splash of liquid smoke. Tasted again and was perfect. The only other change I made was I put them on the grill instead of in the oven. Everyone raved! This was my first time attempting ribs on my own (hubby is a chef so I rarely cook) and even he loved it! Thanks for an amazing recipe!
