Sylvia's Ribs
Awesome! Gave 4 stars because I had to tweak for my own taste. Went by directions and cooked the sauce, but thought it needed something. Molasses may have helped, but I didn't have any. It was good on it's own, but I wanted a little more depth, so I added about another cup of BBQ sauce and a splash of liquid smoke. Tasted again and was perfect. The only other change I made was I put them on the grill instead of in the oven. Everyone raved! This was my first time attempting ribs on my own (hubby is a chef so I rarely cook) and even he loved it! Thanks for an amazing recipe!
