This was an okay recipe. I think the marinade is good, but I prefer to cut my steak into thin strips to put on skewers. Doesn't seem as chewy that way.

The are fantastic cookies, soft and moist and my kids love them! The best thing is that they are so quick and simple.

I made beef fajitas using this marinade last night and the whole family loved it. My husband, who is usually very critical, and usually says things are "okay" really loved it. I added a little Chipotle Chili Pepper seasoning to give it a little Mexican flare, and it turned out great! Thanks for the recipe! We will be keeping this one.
