Egg Noodles
The best discovery ever was making these noodles! My family can't get enough of them and they are so easy and fun to make. It makes boring chicken noodle soup extra special.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
I followed the advice from the first 3 reviews. I make this with homemade egg noodles and just toss them in at the end to cook for a few minutes. My family eats this right up.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I followed the reviewer's suggestions about 1/2 c applesauce and 1/2 c. oil. I also replaced 1 c. white sugar with brown. This was my first time making pumpkin bread and now I have the confidence to play with this recipe. This turned out perfect and moist. I would love to add some nuts or chocolate chips next time.
