Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
Very Good! I made these pancake when my inlaws came to visit and it was a big hit. The pancakes were very light and fluffy. I made them just as directed and found them easy to make as I had all ingredients on hand.

Apple Snack Squares
Absolutely wonderful!! I decreased the sugar to 1 1/2 cups as suggested and I also used 1/3 veg. oil and 4 oz of unsweetened applesauce, instead of the full amount of oil as stated in the original recipe. I also cooked the cake in a 15x10 jelly roll pan. A perfect recipe for those extra apples at harvest time!

Spinach Brownies
Amazingly delicious!! I substituted egg beater eggs for real eggs, fat free cheese, skim milk and light butter and the spinach squares turned out beautifully. Wonderful recipe. Experiment with different cheeses for a variety...you can't go wrong with this one.
