Easy Seven Layer Vegetable Salad
We have been making this salad for years and it is so amazing! It does not state to toss salad prior to serving, but it is a MUST in our house. If you think it tastes like lettuce and mayo, you aren't tossing it. I also only had a touch of green onion as it can be overpowering in the salad once tossed. Real bacon bits can be substituted and it is not too noticeable. This salad literally disappears everywhere we take it!

Becky's Chicken Salad
This recipe is exquisite! It tastes as great as it looks and is better than chicken salad I have had at high end restaurants! I doubled the recipe and used four 10oz cans of chunk chicken to save time. Doubling the batch yielded 10 cups of salad. I added 1/4 cup of craisens and about 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper for zing. I used miracle whip with the whipping cream and may have whipped the cream too long b/c my batch definitely does not have too much mayo. In fact, it may need more by tomorrow, it may get a little dry after it sits! Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

Corn Casserole I
I have been making this dish for a long time now and it truly is a hit! I make it in the microwave also, it's so easy! Put it in the microwave in 5-10 min increments and stir each time. If you need to leave it in the microwave just let it sit as long as you need, it will continue to "cook" on its own. Very simple dish!
