I have been happily married for 24 years! We have one wonderful daughter and a great son-in-law. I am a pre-school teacher for kids with special needs. I love my job! I also love cooking, reading, and Bravo t.v shows (Top Chef, Project Runway...etc.) Home made sauces, salad dressings, and salsas. I also love to grill, and make anything Italian. I love having Thanksgiving at the beach when my parents come down to Florida! There have too many too count through the years, but the most memorable is when I was a newly wed. I wanted to make fried chicken for my new husband. I was using seasoned salt in my flour mixture, and for some weird reason, thought that the mixture should look "golden brown" before frying!!! Needless to say, I added so much salt that it was terrible! But my husband was sweet about it, and we laugh about it to this day!
