Amish Breakfast Casserole

This was a delicious Christmas Day breakfast. I did make one change I fried the hashbrowns with dehydrated onions and seasoned salt and pepper before I combined them with the rest of the ingredients. Hashbrowns tend to be a little bland to me otherwise.

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

I made these for my Christmas eve party and they were delicious. I cooked the meatballs and sauce ahead of time and then put them in the crock pot when I got home from work to heat them. They would also be good as a meal.

Spinach Dip with Water Chestnuts

This was fantastic. I forgot what a good combination of ingredients this is. I did follow another reviewers advice and put the dip in a small bowl in the center of the bread so it could be taken out and used again later without wasting the bread round.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

OMG This was delicious. I used extra cajun seasoning and chicken thighs. It was as good as any cajun pasta I have had in a restaurant. Next time I'm gonna make it with shrimp.

Cheeseburger Soup I

Fantastic soup! My husband ate it for 3 days and he hates leftovers. I used Velveeta this time but think I will mix in a little cheddar next time to cut the richness of it.

Orange Cream Cake

This is my husband's favorite cake I made it once for my grandpa out of the ToH book and once Rob tried it I now have to make it every year for his birthday. If you like the dreamsicle bar you will Love this cake!

Rhubarb Sour Cream Pie

This pie was really, really good and refreshing. Plain rhubarb can sometimes be to much but the sour cream really rounds out the flavor. My dad devoured it and he hates sour cream. Of course I didn't tell him it was in there ;)

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

This is a really good summer salad, I added extra bacon because who doesn't like more bacon??? I also used Wacky Mac because I couldn't find tri color rotini. I guess I'm not a fan of green pasta and next time I will use all plain rotini. But that's just my taste. YUMMY

Bourbon-Mango Pulled Pork

Wow this was fantastic--even tho I didn't have mangos and subbed peaches. Wish I would have thought of the frozen oh well. Will certainly make again with the mangos. My family raved and raved about it. Delicious.

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

These meatballs are delicious. I doubled the recipe and it called for 2 tsp. hot pepper flakes so they are a little spicy, next time I will only use 1 or none at all. Delicious. Thanks.

This was pretty good. I liked the mustard teriyaki combination. I wrapped the bacon around the chicken instead of frying it for on top. If I make it again I will crumble it on top. The bacon was kind of soggy. Otherwise a good way to dress up plain chicken.

Mrs. Strong's Casserole

I am rating this on my family's views, I made it but did not actually eat any. It looked good, and instead of the plain tomato sauce I had a can of Chef Boyardee pizza sauce in the cupboard that I used. My son ate all of his so it must be good, he is a VERY picky eater.
