I like to cook just about anything, baking too. I like to try new recipes and I love to collect cookbooks. Cooking with my grandma when I was a little girl. My grandma made the best chicken, she taught me how to bake and can pickles, make jelly and jam. Now I try to duplicate her recipes, but somehow they never turn out as good. I've had quite a few, but my favorite is my "Best in the World Pickles". It's my great-grandma's recipe. They are so good now every year a group of my friends come out and we all can them together. I made enchiladas once and didn't have any chili powder and subd. cayenne pepper. They about made your eyes water trying to eat them. Now I can't make them without my husband commenting on the chili powder.
