Bubble Pizza
Absolutely loved it! And if you don't have refrigerator biscuits, an comparable amount of Bisquik mixed according to directions works just fine! We used Turkey burger and Turkey pepperoni, and fresh mushrooms, green pepper, onion and sliced black olives.

Beer Butt Chicken
LOVE this CHICKEN!! These are the variations I have tried with Great Success. Give 1/2 of beer to husband, followed by more! Add 1 T Rosemary to the beer can, instead of butter rub the entire bird with olive oil. Use white wine in the can instead. Take a whole head of garlic, separate and peel the cloves, make slits in the skin and place underneath, fill the top cavity with the leftover cloves. Serve with grill roasted vegetables or potatoes and a green salad.

Drunk Chicken
We don't care for that much bay leaf; instead we put about a tablespoon of rosemary in the beer can and it is AWESOME! We have three cats & a dog who won't leave us alone until they get a serving too! Great with a gren salad and grilled potatoes!
