Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
This cheesecake was SO good! I made it for Thanksgiving, and it was a hit! It was so easy to make too--I did make some adjustments after reading previous reviews. Instead of the plain pumpkin puree and the spices I simply used 1 cup of pumpkin pie filling. Using a whole cup made it taste more like pumpkin and it was out of this world! I will definitely make this one again.
