This cheesecake was SO good! I made it for Thanksgiving, and it was a hit! It was so easy to make too--I did make some adjustments after reading previous reviews. Instead of the plain pumpkin puree and the spices I simply used 1 cup of pumpkin pie filling. Using a whole cup made it taste more like pumpkin and it was out of this world! I will definitely make this one again.

This dish got rave reviews at the baby shower brunch I went to. Several people asked for the recipe! Instead of plain diced tomatoes I used diced tomatoes with mild green chiles and it added a great "kick" to the dish. Thank you!

This recipe got good reviews by friends but seemed to need more flavor. I would make it again with a few small changes.
