Garlic Chicken
So easy to make. I added rosemary to the garlic and sauted until fragrant and then dipped chicken in.

Stuffed Crown Roast of Pork
First time making crown roast, I made it for Easter and everyone loved it. The butcher seasoned it for me. I didn't put the ground pork in the stuffing just the sausage, sounded to salty to me otherwise. Wonderful combination in the stuffing with the apple, pork and sage.

Blackened Tilapia with Secret Hobo Spices
I was looking for something new for fish, always make the same two recipes. Didn't have a lot of Paprika so I did 1T paprika and 1T coriander. Makes a really nice crust over the fish and a beautiful color.
