Fried Garlic Pasta
Yummy! This is a great side dish that I use with my chicken marsala or lemon caper chicken. To kick it up, I sprinkle in some crushed red pepper.

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps
These are my favorite appetizers and I always make them for my guests. I prefer to use the sweet mini bell peppers rather than the jalapenos. I usually cook them on the grill, but am going to try the oven method next time.

Day Before Mashed Potatoes
Good bye boring mashed potatoes. This recipe is wonderful. I add some feta cheese to give it an extra zing. This recipe is a great year round side dish and a must have during the holidays.
