Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets
I have made this recipe just as is and it was great! I have also used Pomegranite Balsamic vinegar and a red wine....even better! But no matter which way, I will keep this recipe and continue to use it over and over, probably will try it on chicken and pork too. Delicious recipe!

Slow Cooker Split Pea Sausage Soup
Very Good! I used Itailan sauage and I happened to have some chopped up ham and threw in it. I also added a 1/2 teaspoon of marjoram and a 1/2 teaspoon thyme. I will make this soup again.
