I'm a musician, actually, but I'd be a chef if I wasn't. I like to bake. Breads are my favorite. My mother, sister and I make cookies every year for a church fund raiser. Like 15 dozen cookies. Each. Sophomore year in high school, 100 years ago, a friend and I successfully made Finnish Pulla for a school project. She and her mother had never succeeded before I helped them figure it out. I posted that recipe about 8 years ago on this site. Nothing really tragic has happened, but we all have our mishaps!
