Lemon Garlic Tilapia
Very good taste! As some others suggested, I sauteed the ingrediants together and then drizzled over the fish. I also topped with some from parmesan cheese during the last 5 mins. Yummy!

Cookie Dough for Ice Cream (Eggless)
ooooohhhh...soooo good! I actually quadruple this recipe, and then scoop it out onto a cookie sheet in small little heaps, as if you were going to bake it, but then put it in the freezer.If you can hold off on eating them all, they will last for about 2 weeks in a freezer safe container.

Key Lime Cheesecake I
A really good recipe. Very tart, but if you add a little whipped cream on top, or sprinkle with some powder sugar, it really balances out nicely. Definatly a make again.
