These are a big hit at family gatherings. They don't last long no matter how much I make. And you couldn't ask for an easier dessert that actually looks amazing and tastes great.

Black Bean Salad

Excellent recipe, although I used 1/2 cup cilantro. I made it for a birthday party where they were serving tacos, nachos, etc this went well with the meal. Everyone complimented it and I gave the recipe to 2 people. Thanks.

Candied Yams

I made these for Thanksgiving and they were excellent and everyone else thought so too. I was asked to make them again for Christmas. The only change that I made was I mashed the yams and then topped them with the butter, brown sugar and the marshmellows. I like that way because you don't have to worry about the marshmellows running into the juices.

Apple Orchard Punch

I made this punch for Thanksgiving and it was not my favorite, but it wasn't bad either. Everyone else thought it was just OK too, but they ended drinking it all! Although I loved the way it looked with the apple cut up in it. But I probably won't be using this recipe again.

Russian Tea Cakes I

Pumpkin Bread

I love this recipe. It's easy and delicious. I end up making three loaves with this recipe, and freeze the extras. I forgot to add the water last time and it was still yummy. I may actually start leaving it out on purpose because it makes a little more cake-like.

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars
