Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Love, love, love this recipe as is, although instead of dropping by the tablespoonful I use a teaspoon and cook for 12 minutes. A new Christmas tradition in our house!

Pretzel Turtles

These are a big hit at family gatherings. They don't last long no matter how much I make. And you couldn't ask for an easier dessert that actually looks amazing and tastes great.

Uncooked Banana Pudding

Caramel Apple Bars III

I brought these to a teacher luncheon they were really good, although a little rich for me. All in all it was a good recipe, there were no leftovers.

Excellent recipe, although I used 1/2 cup cilantro. I made it for a birthday party where they were serving tacos, nachos, etc this went well with the meal. Everyone complimented it and I gave the recipe to 2 people. Thanks.

Yummy! I made these for a school function and everyone liked them. I was even asked for the recipe a couple of times. I made them exactly as they were posted and they turned out perfect. Definately a keeper, thanks!

Candied Yams

I made these for Thanksgiving and they were excellent and everyone else thought so too. I was asked to make them again for Christmas. The only change that I made was I mashed the yams and then topped them with the butter, brown sugar and the marshmellows. I like that way because you don't have to worry about the marshmellows running into the juices.

Apple Orchard Punch

I made this punch for Thanksgiving and it was not my favorite, but it wasn't bad either. Everyone else thought it was just OK too, but they ended drinking it all! Although I loved the way it looked with the apple cut up in it. But I probably won't be using this recipe again.

Russian Tea Cakes I

I made these last Christmas and I plan on making them again this year, by request. Everyone raved about them being the best "snowball cookies" they'd ever had. I highly recommend this recipe to everyone.

Carrot Cake III

I've made this a couple of times, once for my husband's birthday and again at Easter. Everyone raves about how delicious it is. I follow the recipe exactly and it comes out perfect every time. I wouldn't change a thing!

Pumpkin Bread

I love this recipe. It's easy and delicious. I end up making three loaves with this recipe, and freeze the extras. I forgot to add the water last time and it was still yummy. I may actually start leaving it out on purpose because it makes a little more cake-like.

Ham Roll Ups II
