Tiramisu Cheesecake
I have been making something similar to this for years. Some 10 years ago, there was an Italian Restaurant In the west end of Tacoma WA that made the BEST Tiramisu, brushed the crust with half Kahlua and half brandy. When I make my cheesecakes, I add the same amount for each liquor 4 Tbsp Kahlua and Brandy. Wonderful flavor and it reminds me of the days back home.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews
I LOVED THIS. The only change I made was using liquid butter substitute as am really trying to watch the fats. I made this for dinner along with a baked chicken breast. I am sure that those not needing to watch fat intake will use butter, but the flavor did not suffer at all. I will be making this again soon.

Margarita Cake
I am a cook for a Hospice unit in AZ and I made this for Cinco De Mayo, what a hit! The house smelled wonderful and all the visitors asked what I was making. I followed the recipe exactly but did not use the glaze, just dusted with powdered sugar. I brought a piece home for my Mom and she made it a couple of days later, with the glaze. This is a wonderful dessert that will be made again. Thanks for sharing.
