Million Dollar Fudge

Mine came out a little mushy. I read another review where she boiled it about 8 minutes and used a candy thermometer. If I would have read that before I made it, it probably would have hardened up more. Still a great flavor.

Barbecue Ribs

Mixed Seafood Curry

My husband isn't a fan of curry, but this seemed to have disappeared from his plate. I omitted the asparagus and added cooked and peeled potatoes and carrots instead. Very delish.

Unbelievable Chicken

I cut up the chicken and pet them on skewers after marinating in fridge for a few hours. This was awesome. Didn't change a thing. Served with rice and grilled onion and green peppers.

Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa

This was soooo salty! I don't know if 2 tablespoons is a typo or if they really love salt. If I make this again I probably wouldn't use any salt at all. The corn salsa was great. I used cabbage instead of jicama.

Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes

I used a green bell pepper instead of yellow since that was what I had. Slso I added an onion. The potatoes were done after about 10 min. then they turned to mush. I made a similar recipe to this years ago, but I boiled the potatoes about 5 min. then cooked them with the sausage to a crisp. If I make this again I wouldn't cover the pan. The potatoes get too mushy.

Artichoke Chicken

I have had alot better chicken recipes. I did as others suggested and used 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 mayo. and it was O.K. If they say that is better than just mayo. I couldn't imagine what it would be like. Will not make again.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

I set the serving amount to 4 and used a 9" square pan. I followed the recipe except for the following changes: I used the whole can of chili beans and cream of chicken soup. I used 6 corn tortillas instead of flour. I added taco seasoning to the sour cream mix. I also used canned chicken. Very delicious!

Chili Rellenos Casserole

I took others' suggestions and used a 8x8 pan, 3 eggs, and enchilada sauce. No regular milk. I think it would would be great using only one layer of the chilis as well. I will try that next time. My husband and I love this recipe.
