Anything a large group/party can enjoy together. I especially enjoy making soups and breads.

My cooking tragedies
I cooked for a construction crew in the Alaska bush last summer, lets just say we had our share of tragedies!

Grilled Salmon I
Living in Alaska we get a lot of salmon. Unfortunately my husband is not a huge fan, he'll eat it but doesn't love it- until this recipe! Absolutely the best hands down! I can't say enough good about it! Important to not overcook as is always the case with any fish, Enjoy!!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Wonderful recipe especially is you want something healthier and different. Its so good and fun to eat and serve. It is a bit more work than my usual party food but really worth the effort.

Black Magic Cake
Amazing wonderful cake!! I followed the recipe using mini choc. chips then topping it with the satiny chocolate glaze. Its the only chocolate cake recipe in the world for me now!
