Cranberry Applesauce Muffins
WOW. These muffins are great! I used Craisins and Walnuts as substitutes (didn't have fresh cranberries or pecans) and they were still SO good. We'll definitely make them again the same way.

Cumin-Rubbed Chicken with Avocado Salsa
I'm giving this four start because the salsa is great. The chicken, however, is fairly bland. Next time, I'll make the salsa and try a different chicken recipe.

Cheesy Tuna Melts
This recipe was just OK. It is basically a tuna sandwich with celery added + cheese melted on top. If I were to make again, I'd use more mayo and chop the celery much smaller (to hide the crunch a little) because my kids hated the celery bits.
