Cheeseburger Meatloaf

This was good. We're not big on meatloaf but had 2 lbs. of ground beef that needed using so I came across this recipe. I didn't have wax paper so I used the method I read in many of the reviews and most of the cheese oozed out. Next time I will definitely attempt to roll it the way it says in the recipe so I don't loose the yummy cheesiness!

Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

These are excellent, I added tomato to mine just because I love tomato. I didn't grow up eating grilled cheese so I was never very fond of it, the few times I had it I found it soggy and greasy but baking them takes all that away so you're left with a crispy, buttery, cheesy and delicious sandwich. I highly recommend these.
