Ham and Cheese Breakfast Quiche

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2007
Very good...tried it again with some onion and it was great! I think it could be wonderful a lot of different ways...with sausage, green peppers, onions, bacon, etc. I think you could even use half and half to cut down of the fat.

Golden Lasagna

Not great...I even added some garlic and spinach for some extra kick and it still tasted like something was missing. I wish I could figure it out, because I think it could be delicious.

Blueberry Walnut Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2006
Delicious, and not too sweet! I used dried blueberries and substituted the walnuts with 1 T. of poppy seeds (could use more). I think I also used a little more lemon zest, but only because I love lemon. With the dried blueberries, I didn't have to do anything by hand...I just threw it all in the bread machine and used the cake cycle.

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2006
I love this recipe! I always make it with half the chicken breast (2) so that it has more sauce. Also, beware of the salt in this recipe. I was lucky enough to read a review before I made it and just used salt to taste. I usually make it with fat-free half and half. It is still really good this way, but (unfortunately) way better with heavy whipping cream.
