Ham and Cheese Breakfast Quiche
Very good...tried it again with some onion and it was great! I think it could be wonderful a lot of different ways...with sausage, green peppers, onions, bacon, etc. I think you could even use half and half to cut down of the fat.

Golden Lasagna
Not great...I even added some garlic and spinach for some extra kick and it still tasted like something was missing. I wish I could figure it out, because I think it could be delicious.

Blueberry Walnut Bread
Delicious, and not too sweet! I used dried blueberries and substituted the walnuts with 1 T. of poppy seeds (could use more). I think I also used a little more lemon zest, but only because I love lemon. With the dried blueberries, I didn't have to do anything by hand...I just threw it all in the bread machine and used the cake cycle.
