Sweet and Sour Meatballs II
Yum!! Would have given it 5 stars for the sauce (which is sweet and perfect over rice) but only gave it 4 stars because the meatballs themselves are quite plain. I doctored mine up with some extra ingredients: some dijon mustard, soya sauce, worchestire sauce, extra garlic and onions.

Almond-Raspberry Meringue Bars
Mmm I am very happy with how these turned out! Made them for my family and mom & dad both thought they were delicious. They look really pretty & gourmet. I chose not to put coconut on top and opted for slivered almonds instead... it tastes really good and I'm happy I used them instead of the coconut. Also I used a full small jar of raspberry cranberry jam. The crust was hard to spread in the pan but it did work out in the end. All the effort was worth it and I will make again.

Norwegian Butter Cookies
These cookies are keepers. Nice and delicate butter cookie with an almost creamy texture. They didn't work in my cookie press so I gently rolled them out and used a cookie cutter. I rolled them to just under a centimeter thick and they turned out perfectly. :)
