Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII
I make this recipe all the time for my girlfriend. It's so good. I like rum soaking the pineapples as well. Really makes it good when you substitute the water with pineapple juice in the cake recipe. I also use pineapple cake mix. Thank you for this recipe.

Grilled Caribbean Chicken
I love this recipe, I never marinate it much over an hour and it comes out wonderful. I have yet to try it on the grill though. Us Michiganders are fond of the George Forman 50% of the year.
