Loosemeat Sandwiches III
So yummy! I used beef broth instead of water, and added a little worchestershire sauce and a tablespoon of mustard to the beef while it was cooking. Also sauteed the onions and mixed them in. Reminded me of White Castles!

Drop Butter Cookies
This didn't work for me. I didn't like the texture of this cookie. It spread out very thinly, and almost burnt on the edges while cakey in the middle. I tried turning the oven down to 350, and then tried chilling the dough to reduce spreading. Neither worked. This is not for me.

Holland Butter Cookies
Just finished making these and I swear I ate half a dozen while I pulled them out of the oven! These are so wonderful - just the right balance of buttery and sweet. Will be making these often!
