Pepper Steak with Squash
YUMMY! My husband wanted stir-fry one night yet i had just had Chinese for lunch so I found this recipe and decided to give it a shot...WOW...I skipped the mushrooms (husband doesn't like them) and the water chesnuts (i don't like them) but other than that followed recipe to the T, between me and my husband both we ate the entire pan in one night!! Will def. be making this again and again, thanks for the great recipe!

Beef Tips
I've tried several other beef tip recipes and the meat always turns out dry, but this recipe kept the meat very juicy and tender! I think my husband ate 3 bowls of it! Only thing I stupidly added the gravy mixture in all at the same time (wasn't paying attention to directions)So the gravy never thickened up but it was still yummy! Served over rice. If you do like me and dont end up w/ thick gravy, the juice makes an excellent beef broth for other meals.

Summer Chicken Bake
After reading previous reviews I decided to marinate the chicken in Italian dressing to add flavor, I also added a little bit of chicken broth at the bottom of the pan. I cooked as directions said exactly otherwise, after 1 hour in the over my chicken was still completely raw in the middle, so I upped the oven to 400 for another 20-30min. The pototoes were still hard so I had to throw them out, my chicken was dried out, about the only thing that was good was the squash. I served with sauteed asparagus. I might try again but change it up a lot, otherwise I didn't like this at all.
