Poblano Chicken Enchilada Casserole
I thought this is a good recipe, even good enough for company. The only additions I made were garlic to the onion mixture and salt to the creamy sauce.

Bread Pudding II
This recipe was great, a perfect accompaniment to a great comfort cooked meal. The raisins are an absolute must. It looked like a lot, but was just right. Even the leftovers were very comforting.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini
This is a great recipe. I didn't change a thing. Made it once for the fam, and the second time for company. Everyone loved it.
