I am a recent graduate of Frostburg State University. I have always enjoyed cooking and my original career ambitions were to become a chef. THough I did not follow threw with those plans in college, I still like to cook in my spare time.

Hot Mustard Pretzel Dip
This has become my favorite "go-to" recipes and everywhere I take it, people love it! I serve it with New York style soft pretzels, cut up into small pieces.

Fresh Vegetable Stir-Fry with Peppery Orange Beef
My famiyl really enjoyed this one. A little tough to fit everything into the pan...but worth the effort. YUM!

Oven Baked Potato Wedges
These were yummy, I had to keep them in the oven a little longer then suggested but I think that was because my wedges were cut thick! I reccomend to anyone.
