Fantastic recipe - wonderful taste. Made it with exact ingredients, but put the pork back in the sauce and simmered for about 20 minutes. Pork was extremely tender and the sauce tasted good on the rice we had to go along with the chops.

Vegetable Dill Dip

Yum - great recipe! I also substituted seasoned salt because I couldn't find the beau monde seasoning. Will keep looking though, as I would like to use it in this recipe. I am overrun with cucumbers from my garden, so I am cutting them up and eating them with this dip for a very tasty snack.

Chive Cucumber Salad

I love cucumbers and have looked at many ways to prepare them, but think I have finally found my favorite in this recipe. I did not change a thing, except to halve it since there is only my husband and me. I can't wait to try it on the rest of my family when they come for Sunday dinners. I think it will be a big hit!

Paprika Chicken with Sour Cream Gravy

Great recipe!! The chicken was tasty and tender, and the gravy wonderful on rice. I cooked it exactly as written, except that I halved it because there is just me and my husband.

Best Stovetop BBQ Ribs

This recipe is great! My husband and I loved the taste. I used boneless pork ribs and simmered them in the sauce for two hours instead of 45 minutes, and they were extremely tender. Otherwise, I didn't change a thing.

Butter Roast Chicken

Great recipe! So tender and flavorful. I did cut the amount of butter in half - that seemed to be enough. Have definitely rated this as one of my favorites.
