Wonderful recipe! I didn't change a thing except used breasts instead of wings. Not only did they taste great, but were extremely tender as well.

I love cucumbers and have looked at many ways to prepare them, but think I have finally found my favorite in this recipe. I did not change a thing, except to halve it since there is only my husband and me. I can't wait to try it on the rest of my family when they come for Sunday dinners. I think it will be a big hit!
